Hot water high-pressure pumps are available in pressures from 350 500 bar, are easy to use and are suitable for a wide range of jobs, such as removing graffiti and chewing gum or cleaning façades. They can also be used to clean production lines and machines in the food industry, the construction industry, the agricultural industry and the chemical industry. These machines are available on a trailer for use behind a truck or as a trolley.

Hot water units are used to heat the water for high-pressure pumps. They are available in a container or on a skid and heat the water to a temperature of 90° C for pumps up to a pressure of 1,000 bar and a flow rate of 250 litres per minute. The advantage of a hot water unit is that industrial cleaning can be easier, because some coatings or dirt can then be removed more easily.

The accessories ensure that the work can be carried out with a high degree of precision. There are accessories, such as high-pressure hoses (which Doornbos manufactures itself), pistols, rotating heads, tank cleaning heads, floor cleaners, rotorjets and cutting sets. The accessories can be used for a certain range of pressures and they all have their own specifications. The special products include machines such as the dockmasters, dockboys, spotmasters and concrete robots. The first three machines are ultra high-pressure and vacuum machines and are mainly used in shipyards to remove paint and other coatings from ships. This is done to an accuracy to the nearest millimetre without producing any dust at a rate of up to 100 m2 per hour. The concrete robots are used to roughen up or remove concrete in combination with a high-pressure unit in a safe, consistent and controlled manner.
