Service and maintenance
Service keeps everything running smoothly. Our engineers are trained to maintain, repair and test all of our machines. Furthermore, all our machines are tested every year by independent companies. If an unexpected fault occurs whilst you are using one of our machines, we will provide help as soon as possible. You can contact our service department 24 hours a day via our main service number.

Free technical advice
With just one telephone call, our technical advisors will be happy to come and inspect your work area, without any obligations. The working surface, the space, the type of work and the duration are all important factors when determining the right machine for the job at hand. This will save you time and money, because you do not only receive immediate advice concerning the right machine to use, we also use our experience in a wide range of industries to determine the most efficient way to use the machine. 
 
Internal transport department
Doornbos has its own internal transport department, which is only intended for transporting our own machines. The big advantage of this is that our drivers are specially trained in how to use this equipment. One of their tasks is, if desired by the customer, to explain how the machine they are delivering must be used. That helps to increase your efficiency.

Project support
On-site project support is one of the spearheads of Doornbos Equipment B.V. If you require the use of a machine or machines for a longer period of time for a certain project, we can, if desired, make people available to you to supervise the use of the machines on site. By doing so, we can be at your service more quickly and more effectively. Ask for the possibilities.
