Consultation with the customer and the manufacturer
We regularly consult with our customers and help them to find solutions. We sit down with the manufacturers to help them improve their machines based on our own experiences and those of our customers.
 
Everybody helps
Everybody within Doornbos Equipment is personally responsible for implementing the KAM policy. Our employees are well trained and regularly receive supplementary training from both external training institutes and manufacturers, so that they are always up to date of the latest news and techniques. There are regular meetings to discuss how things can be improved. Dangerous situations are reported to the safety coordinator so that they can be discussed. Everything possible is done to prevent accidents. Therefore, it is important that everybody draws everybody else’s attention to dangerous situations. The safety coordinator coordinates compliance with and improvements to this safety policy.
 
Successful policy
Qualified employees, good working conditions, good machines, good tools and a good safety policy are the basis for a successful company. It is for this reason that they are our main priorities.
