Independent Respiratory Protection

Independent Respiratory Protection training is essential for people who work in environments with impure air. In an area with gases, vapors and/or other hazardous materials, safety is paramount. Therefore, respiratory protection is very important and still makes working in these high-risk conditions possible. Proper prior knowledge is required to use this self-contained breathing apparatus. With a Doornbos Equipment training course in Independent Respiratory Protection, you will learn to use respiratory protection and reduce risks.

Independent Respiratory Protection (SOG) training.

Not everyone who must work in a hazardous materials area has standard knowledge and/or experience with SCBAs. Basic Independent Respiratory Protection training teaches participants how to work safely with compressed air in two days. Both breathing apparatus and air net systems are covered. What respiratory protection equipment is available and how do you use it? At Doornbos Equipment’s Independent Respiratory Protection training, everything revolves around working safely. Basic training is for workers who have not worked with respiratory protection before, among others. But also for anyone whose diploma is about to expire. For the latter group, one-day refresher training is the best choice.

SOG Certificate

We offer participants the opportunity to complete the Basic Independent Breathing Training with an SOG exam. It conforms to the guidelines of the Stichting Samenwerken Voor Veiligheid (SSVV).
