(IPAF) MEWP Training 1B 3B (ENG) (Theory + Praktice on Site)
During our practical IPAF AWP training personal guidance is central. During this training 2 categories of aerial work platforms are dealt with according to the IPAF guidelines:
1B: truck-mounted work platforms, trailer work platforms, spider work platforms & (articulated) telescopic work platforms with outriggers
3B: self-propelled telescopic or articulated boom lifts
You are trained on:
- Working safely with an aerial work platform
- Limiting risks
- Increasing your efficiency and safety awareness
- Reducing accidents and breakdowns
- Validity 5 years
- International Recognition
- Certificate + PAL Card
The course is suitable for both experienced and inexperienced aerial work platform users. During the IPAF 1B 3B AWP course we will use the type of AWP that you will be working with.
Participation in the course requires no specific prior training. At the start of the course, all theoretical aspects of aerial work platforms are covered, followed by a theory exam in the morning. The practical part takes place in the afternoon in one of our practice areas (an imitation of your own working environment), the practical parts are also concluded with an IPAF exam.

Practical exercises on a fixed course, depending on machine type
Other categories of aerial work platform training:
This training falls within categories 1B + 3B (IPAF), other categories and combinations are possible:
Category 1A : Static one-man mast work platforms
Category 1B: truck-mounted work platforms, trailer-mounted work platforms, spider-mounted work platforms & (articulated) telescopic platforms with outriggers
Category 3A : Self-propelled scissor lifts and one-man mast work platforms
Category 3B : Self-propelled (articulated) telescopic boom lifts on tracks or tyres
Standard this training is given in Dutch, it is also possible to give the training in another language.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and must be proficient in Dutch orally and in writing. Other languages are possible in consultation.
The language of instruction for all courses is Dutch or English.
