The Amphitec V-Force is specially designed for suction, transport and discharge of liquid and hazardous materials in the (heavy) industry. This robust machine is equipped with a 3200 m3 water ring vacuum pump. The large rpm range guarantees quiet running resulting in moderate operating temperatures. The mechanical level indicator, a robust floating ball, provides timely warnings, making it always possible to empty the hoses without spilling liquids.

The cyclone filter removes sand and stone debris from the airflow, keeping the cooling system clean. Amphitec’s design focuses on ease of operation and optimizing uptime. This was the basis for simplicity in design. The electrical cirquit is based on a system that uses relays instead of a complex PLC control system, which makes investigating faults and making repairs quick and easy.

As standard, the Amphitec V-Force comes with a single rotary switch to operate the unit. This makes the unit unique in its ease of operation The Amphitec V-Force Combi can also be supplied in combination with a powerful high-pressure pump and saddlebag tanks mounted to the product tank to increase rinse water capacity by an additional 2m³ volume. This results in a total volume of 6,000 l. of clean water for industrial cleaning. These tanks are made of stainless steel.

A hydraulically driven hose reel can be mounted on the rear lid of the tank. This reel features a 120m high-pressure hose and a swivel joint. Rolling up and down the hose reel can be performed hydraulically or manually.

To work safely, a scrubber connection is provided for the safe extraction of toxic exhaust gases. This high-quality machine is built on a chassis and fully approved to ADR standards.

The unit’s compact design provides excellent maneuverability, and the long storage compartments for hoses create plenty of storage space.
